If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Neil Kay Jewellery’s relationship with you in relation to this website. Registering with Neil Kay Jewellery

While using in order for you to access some of our features of the website we may require you to register. You will be asked to provide information about yourself that is accurate and complete in all respects. Ordering from Neil Kay Jewellery

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

When you place an order with Neil Kay Jewellery, at the checkout you will be able to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order confirmation detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Acceptance of your Order

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will initially send you a dispatch confirmation by email, which is not classed an acceptance but as a confirmation for receipt of your order. Only when we dispatch the order will the purchase contract between you and Neil Kay Jewellery be made. We may refuse to accept your order in the following circumstances

  • where goods are not available.
  • where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • if there has been a pricing or product description error.
  • if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Neil Kay Jewellery shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.


All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates, unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not charged. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT.


Payment for all items is required prior to dispatch. All orders must be paid for either by our finance offer, credit card, PayPal or debit card via our secure server. Please note that we are unable to accept payment by cheque, postal order, email, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

You may also place your order by telephone on 01942 242 211. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

Delivery and Insurance

Neil Kay Jewellery insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility of your purchased goods passes to you. Should you request a specified recipient who is not you (as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them to the specified address is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Neil Kay Jewellery and transfer the responsibility in the same way.


At Neil Kay Jewellery we want you to be happy with your purchase. However if your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Please obtain a proof of postage for tracking purposes.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for Personalised or Engraved items as this is a unique piece of jewellery designed around your own specific requirements, we try to make our pictures and details as clear as possible so that our customers can see what they will receive before they buy.  For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange the purchase of earrings. Before you can return an item you need to be issued with a RETURNS AUTHORISATION ID, which you can receive by emailing

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed, all refunds will be applied to the original card used to place the order.
